Overview

HealthcareData Company, LLC is a data and research services company serving the health care community.

We have experience working in a variety of settings - including (so far!) inpatient and outpatient acute care, physician office practice, managed care, indemnity insurance, emergency medicine, trauma systems, long-term care, mental health, rehabilitative care, pharmaceuticals, delivery systems and behavioral health.

At HealthcareData Company, we have a "can do" spirit. If it has to do with data, we can do it! Just ask! In fact, that has been our motto for all of our years: If you need to know, ask HealthcareData Company!

Our mission is to contribute to the well-being of others through our data and research services. We strive to make a difference.

Our data work is both objective and credible; as an independent firm, we come without "baggage," and we produce no output until data integrity has been established. We are dependable. Being able to rely on us with your data is essential; the confidentiality statements and HIPAA agreements we sign carry with them a solemn obligation that we take seriously.

Our analyses include clear statements of our findings, interpretations of their meaning and recommendations for action. This insight is provided in addition to giving you the reports you need, generally supplemented with informative tables and graphs.

Our sensitivity is evident when we present our findings and interpretations. No matter what we find, we don't "point fingers." Rather, we "extend a hand" because we truly do seek to contribute to the well-being of others.

Our hours are "8 a.m. to 8 a.m." and that's not a typo! We've worked all night more than once, and we'll do it for you if need be!
