What is Healthier Days?
Healthier Days is a MANAGED and MEASURED wellness program that helps people improve their overall health through exercise, weight loss, eating healthy foods, smoking cessation, and other special programs.
"I've seen healthier days." … "I seek healthier days."
As we grow older, most of us can probably relate to the first statement and would like to pursue the second one. The truth of the matter is that, while we cannot change the past, where we may have experienced "healthier days," most of us can do something about our future — we can, indeed, seek "healthier days."
MANAGED?
We manage the program for YOU.
The Healthier Days Program is implemented through employer-based Chapters that are managed by HealthcareData Company, LLC (HDC).
Your human resource personnel are the contact points for the Healthier Days Program. Our Chapter Managers will work with human resource personnel to establish program protocols, distribute materials, and so on, with minimal interruptions to their daily work routines.
We do all the heavy lifting; you are not expected to devote extra human resources to Chapter operations.
MEASURED?
We measure the program for YOU . . .
. . . because you need to know how it's going, what's working and what isn't.
Data is at the heart of the Healthier Days Program — recording actions, analyzing what is recorded, examining the aggregate utilization of and expenditures for health care services by all those in the insured population. These data activities will help individuals and the employer's chapter as a whole pursue healthier days.
Healthier Days is a point and reward system that assists participants in developing and reinforcing healthy habits via a variety of programs and incentives.
By helping your employees improve their health, Healthier Days can contribute to:
- Restraining health care costs
- Reducing employee absenteeism
- Improving overall productivity
